Did you know that Simone founded the Miss American clogger pageant in 1989. The mission of the Miss American clogger pageant at that time was to help prepare talented young ladies to compete on the state level in other pageants. We feel that mission has been accomplished and that the Miss American Clogger pageant has become more than a pageant. Miss American Clogger has become a role model for today's cloggers and holding the title of Miss American Clogger is one of the greatest honors for young ladies today. We are proud to announce Miss EPIC pageant. The winners will serve as hostesses for our EPIC Conference. I hope you will support our effort to give young women another opportunity to make a difference!---Simone
