| An email from a Happy Mom! (Makes my job worthwhile!) - Yes I do Remember Cecily - she is a fantastic dancer!!! I am soooo proud! Hi Simone My daughter, Cecily attended the workshops at Fontana a couple of weeks ago, and she had a great time. I know she will want to return next year. Cecily loves dancing with her team, and she loves performing her duets with her friend, Sarah, but she does NOT do solos. Well, she went to your traditional solo workshop - ..... She appreciated your tips and suggestions..., and your compliments too. :0) Her problem with the solos is that when it comes to her turn, she forgets what she had planned on doing, and she ends up looking wimpy. She was so relieved to find out that's what happens to everyone, and that you encouraged the kids to choreograph their solos. And that's what she did! The choreography enabled her to feel confident about it. She KNEW she looked good. It's too bad that you weren't at the Magic Feet competition this past weekend. You would have remembered her from the workshop I'm sure, and you would have been proud. :0) Cecily is a very confident young women. She usually feels like she can take on the world, but this has been one area that she has shyed away from for some reason. Thank you so much for encouraging her. I know she wouldn't have done it had she not attended your workshop.
